Good point-Open kitchens are a waster-They use less stone to save money then cheat you that the kitchen is the same as the sitting room and there are no walls

So beautiful, I love the bathrooms and extra storage space.
I'd only change the kitchen. Traditional style white cabinetry with black hardware to go with the wardrobe theme in the house.

This one is a go. Interior design and finishing is good and tile work in the bathrooms is amazing. I'm thinking 'Eaton Interiors' did those bathrooms, the closets and kitchen cabinets? they the only ones in Kenya with that quality. Everything in the bathrooms is sealed!!! and well sealed for that... a rarity seen in most finished homes in Kenya. Kitchen cabinets, closets etc, everything is quality. Video skill is a plus. Amazing work! Great developer.
