Hard grease packed in the hole, a semi snug shaft & a hammer will work pretty efficiently. Works great on pilot shaft bushings too as long as there’s no hole behind what ever your working on the hydraulic pressure gets it done.

The Bolt is called a CONCRETE ANCHOR WAGE. I used a grinder to cut a slit so I can use a screwdriver to hold it while it tightened around the bearing. No welding needed
That's an excellent idea. Well done. Might be better if you got someone else to weld stuff for you though, or work on improving your own welding skills so there are no accidents/injuries. Really good tool though.
I just made an adapter for the threaded end and attached a simple slide hammer worked fine. However for really stuck bearings may have problems with my method?
