Silchar and the Barak Valley - A cinematic experience of somewhere I belong

I don't know a caption for this video - only that the city is just an emotion. Somewhere I spent the initial years of my life and then always went back to see my grandparents and family. If I am asked where am I from I give many answers but if one gets down to data and basics this where I am actually from.
