This piece of editing art deserves so many more views. Halfdan’s character like others come around again in the fate and choices of their friends and family. His character died yet his life made a difference and think of him as I continue to watch Harald. He wants to seize w every moment while Halfdan wanted to feel every moment in life. I’m here after seeing the premiere of 6x 7. When I see Herald’s lip moving I think of Halfdan. Knowing Harald’s dream isn’t something he’s done with good intentions nor has he earned his place by being what he says he is. Just a schemer who will do whatever it takes to take and get what he wants, no matter the expense or sacrifice of others. He’s Driven by greed and jealousy, his fate is his desire to be loved as a king. He expected women would love him because of his dreams and ambitions when that’s why they didn’t love him back, they saw through him and Halfdan tried to tell him about women and it wasn’t love if you have to manipulate, kidnap and kill to get a women. He literally buried the hatchet 🪓 over Ellisif by killing her husband the Earl Vik. Halfdan killed Ellisif to save Harald.
Sad now as I wish Halfdan was alive he was my favorite of the two brothers. Now we’re left with the jealous one, even of his own brother, he was loved by others who weren’t his family. Halfdan’s ability to make and better a real friend, an honest and loyal man, his emotional side was not the norm for a Viking. So now we have Harald the phony of all Norway is the grown boy with a bruised ego, who needed real love. Then he wouldn’t be the one who’s destroyed others because he didn’t get what he thinks is owed to him just for his existence. Started with wanting, loved or what he thinks is love yet she didn’t want him or love him back. Herald’s dreams and desires are getting so old in this show but it’s what Vikings fans expect to see, the carry through. Each had their dreams/fate and their free will. We’ve seen the same scenarios with each character the entire series. Ultimately choices seal their fate, Ragnar was the first to grasp reality and he wasn’t able to share what he knew and have others listen they have to learn themselves. Halfdan learned this and accepted this, yet Herald is one who continues to defy the reality other’s have not. Odd when he’s different but he’s a good liar, he was always jealous of Ragnar, his sons, even his and their wives. He couldn’t stand to how other people had people who loved them and he didn’t, simple when his whole life he’s lived for senseless glory over real connections to fulfill his longings. Must add that while Bjorn saved Herald he saved Halfdan, something Halfdan would do is sacrifice his own life, for another. Hope Herald has to think of Halfdan’s life and make one good choice for others over himself, right a wrong for the man who dreamed of nothing but a simple life yet he did all for his brother.... sorry rant

Боже с самого начала такие моменты, такие атмосферные, что прям уже с самого начала смотришь и не можешь оторваться, да ещё и пение Хальфдана, мне оно очень нравится!
Я помню ты мне говорила про этот момент и так рада его видеть в РЕАЛИ, это просто неописуемо красиво! Я очень рада, что мечта Хальфдана была исполнена, потому что, по моему мнению, это офигенная мечта(тоже мечтаю о том, ток правда не на корабле ахха), он реально увидел больше, чем просто сражения за землю!
1:05 НЕТ!НЕТ!НЕТ и ещё миллион раз НЕТ, не готов ты к Валхале!
С 2:08 я уже просто сижу и дрожу, потому что мало того, что момент музыки такой, так ещё и вопрос, моменты, всё это просто так органично, так мощно смотрится!

Я смотрю это видео не в первый раз, но с каждым разом я влюбляюсь в него еще больше, но куда больше?) Я настолько очарована, тем как ты рассказала историю и твоим подбором кадров! Это безумно круто, и я собираюсь еще раз пересмотреть это видео, а потом еще несколько раз! Хотя, я все твои видео могу по тысячу раз пересматривать, ты же знаешь)
А теперь немного подробнее, не могу не выделить эти моменты:
0:28-0:33 - параллели с кораблями восхитительны и фраза так подходит!
0:49 - 0:55 - божественные кадры, так и хочется на них смотреть!
1:37-1:39 - какое лицо на последнем кадре, столько силы в одном взгляде, а еще как это все сочетается с музыкой!
1:54 - 2:02 - вот эти кадры так идеально подошли под музыку, и я готова смотреть на них вечность!
А потом кадры с шахматами, я знаю твою задумку и она настолько крутая, что мне сложно передать словами! И вся это семейная тема - разбивает мое сердце, но то как ты это показала и как преподнесла - выше всяких похвал! Я тобой восхищаюсь!
2:50 и дальше - это шедеврально сильно, то как ты поработала с музыкой и самими наполнением, мурашки не покидали меня все время!
3:00 - параллель с падением на колени божественна! И дальше такая же с песком!
Все твое видео это ШЕДЕВР чистой воды! Хочу еще от тебя таких, и побольше!

Скучал по твоим видео, дорогая Ксюша. В этот раз ты выбрала не совсем девчачьего персонажа, но это даже лучше. Ты не делаешь то что популярно, ты делаешь то что твоя душа желает. И в этот раз Хальфдан... Хорошим он был мужиком, и твое видео только доказывает это. Начать видео с песни братьев, это самое правильное решение. Ты задаешь эмоционального жару с самого начала. Но не для всех, те кто смотрели сериал, чувствуют озноб сразу, те кто не смотрели сериал, начинают чувствовать озноб на 0:37, когда ты показываешь его связь с братом и его взгляды на жизнь. Истинный твой фанат, даже обычный ценитель, оценит это и прочувствует каждую деталь задуманую тобой. 0:45 - 0:47 буду повторять что эта параллель божественна еще долгое время. Все потому что она не примечательная и незаметная - это и делает ее уникальной. Не каждый способен ее найти. 0:48 - 0:56 - вращающаяся и летающая камера. Еще после Алиши Кларк , я заметил этот прием. И тут ты про него тоже не забыла, чувствуется как новый спешл прием от Thorny Rose. То, по чем тебя будут узнавать. 1:19 - 1:32 какая прекрасная часть с братьями, прям плакать хочется...но дальше. 1:36 - 1:38 правильное место, для правильных кадров. 2:00 очень умно сделано. Подтекст понятен, браво.
А дальше просто шикарно-золотобриллиантовая часть, от которой муравьеды гоняются за мурашками по мурашнику. Эпик начало с шахматами, параллели между Айваром, Лагертой и Бьорном, САМАЯ ЛЮБИМАЯ ПАРАЛЛЕЛЬ 2:48 - 2:49 лучше никто бы не сделал. Добиваешь выстрелами и ударами под биты и заканчиваешь падениям короля (хальфдана) и заканчиваешь со мной. Айм дан, си ю ин валхала.

приятно, что ты заметил мою любовь к таким двигающимся кадрам)) Я как начала, так меня понесло, что не остановиться. Но не одна я люблю подобное, потому что видела у кого-то в видео это, тогда и запало мне в душу такое.
Я вот не знаю, что необычного и уникального в параллелях на 0:45 - 0:47 и 2:48 - 2:49 но раз ты говоришь, ок)))я только рада, что тебе понравилось, хоть и не понимаю почему))))ну ты как всегда замечаешь что-то необычное.
