This is my second Keurig Coffee Brewer. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf The first one lasted 6 years. It worked beautifully until the day it didn't. It was hard to go back to the drip coffee for a couple of days while I waited on my Keurig to get here. There is a huge difference in the taste. Keurig makes a really good cup of coffee. This new one is a little different from my old one. I find putting the water filter in was easier than on the old one. Attaching the water reservoir was also a little different but once I figured it out, it too was easier. This new one has the auto off feature but is not programmable like the old one. Only three cup sizes instead of four. The odd thing for me was how much lighter in weight this one is compared to my old one. More plastic and much less metal in the construction of this one. The price is so much less than the original Keurig that I bought and the coffee tastes the same so all in all I am satisfied.
One, important question: I purchased my 3200 type cofeemachine a few months before without Aqua Clean and using it without this filter. Instead, I am using it with purified water cleansed by a regular, flow-through, active-coal filtration watercleaner. I have never seen therefore the Aqua Clean or Calc/Clean lights lit on the display. Should I still proceed with the regular decalcification proccess as instructed in this this video at times or this is needless?
Hello Laima, thanks for your question. It is not necessary to switch off the machine before unplugging it. You can also find the step-by-step procedure on page 14 of the user manual: to.philips/6054Kll5j. We hope this helps!
Hello Victor, thanks for reaching out. For the possibilities of a repair, we recommend contacting our local service center. But perhaps we might be able to help out via a troubleshoot. Can you elaborate on the issue with your espresso machine, as well as it's model number? Awaiting your reply.
I purchased this machine a little over a year ago and it has broken 4 times. And that is not the worst thing, its the lack of customer service , I keep calling but there are never any supervisors to talk to. And they never call me back. All I hear from Philips is a lot of BS, very busy, or what ever. Philips has never returned my calls and have every time denied me to talk to a supervisor.
This is a very helpful and complete instructions for maintenance of 3200 Philips.
Not true, there’s also a separate descaling video.

Does the coffee grinder ever need to be cleaned? Sometimes coffee beans are oily, and I wonder what state the grinder is getting in.
How can refixed for grinder
How often should the brew group be lubricated?
@@heraclespirena1185 ive owned this machine since last july. 0 cleanings. Coffee still tastes great
Every two months. People who don't clean their machine are disgusting.
@@JimBobe mine won’t work if you don’t clean it when it lights up to do so
I was thinking same?
Do we have to switch off the machine before unplugging it in the middle of the process?
I mean, when you clean the brew group using coffee oil removal tablets.

Cleaning this machine is an hour long process.
do you have one? wondering if it actually takes that long or close to it lol cuase there are some where u just put descaler and it does it for u.
@@Pacman2403 no it literally takes 2 minutes max to clean the brew group about once per week.
But so worth it! Don’t have to spend thousands at Starbucks.
야 그라인드가 않빠진다 그란인드를 어떻게 넣냐 ?
Wow Phillips could you have made this anymore difficult? I love cleaning my Breville compared to this one we have at the office.
That's a lotta work...
It is. Multi hour long process.
how to repair?

I really need flash cards. Poor internet and a lack of ability to backtrack effectively makes these videos a nightmare. I probably will do this wrong.

They always answer for me , customer service has been great 👍
That’s awful! I’ve had mine for three years and it has never broken. Maybe you got a lemon.

@@racgrac28 where do I find it? I glanced through the user manual and it’s not there
@@BellaVegasitosMommy you remove the water container, open the brew group door, its on the inside on the door
