I just tried it and result is amazing got shine on face ,its tighten the skin feels little itchy on forehead but after applying aloevera gel its fine ,best pack i have ever used all pack rice pack almond pack , u name it but this one is superb thanks doc ,and its very easy to make i have stored methi powder for face pack any time easily make with just 2 ingredients curd and methi powder 😊

Hare Krishna Dr Vivek as our nani n dadi use to say that soake Fenugreek seeds overnight n in the morning in empty stomach we must drink the water for good health like as u told for super digestion .so seeds paste is really good effective also the water .it's really wonderful to know about some remidies like cough n wata air in the body.both equally balancing in our body. But, I still miss the QUANTITIES ,as in cups, grams, tablespoons etc. The other problem is that you never, or hardly ever mention ,how often, or the length of time, the herbs, spices etc. should be used for. Should you mention these in the videos, I am very sure that you will receive more likes, appraisals, instead of a whole row of viewers questions, all asking the same. I am sure, what could also help, is to inform the viewers of the interactions which could occur when using other herbal remedies. What I have also noticed, many ask if the medicinal plants can be used for children, or women who are breast feeding. I do not know if you contact them personally, but if not, it is a very concerning matter, which I admit has nothing to do with me. But to be honest, I always wish and hope you have, or will contact these viewers!! My last question (phew!) Why do you have pictures of white Europeans, especially women, when you produce an introduction to your videos? Dr Vivek, I hope you do not take the above as criticisms but as ideas, Which will give you more viewers throughout the whole wide world!!!! I have an EXTRA wish!
