Love, love, love! You are the best presenter I watch on TH-cam, and that's saying a lot! I eagerly look forward to your 10 card videos each month. I even like watching the ones where I don't buy the Caboodle because your ideas on paper crafting are awesome. Love your thinking outside of the box! Not many Spellbinder's presenters alter the surface of the cardstock. That's my favorite part! I have all these Tim Holtz supplies and you spur me to use them! I wish happiness and light for you; I am sorry that you have had some trouble. Sending caring thoughts your way.
I anxiously await your videos each month. I was so excited to see it posted today and your cards did not disappoint. They were all very lovely and inspiring.
Another amazing job with the Club goodies! Your imagination and creativity are really inspiring. And the fact that you hold down such a stressful job and still find the time to create such wonderful little works of art just blows my mind! Had to laugh when you talked about how when readers say a word they've read but never pronounced because that happens to me regularly! 😀 The last one was azure. Heard it spoken and was embarrased since I was totally saying in incorrectly!
Thank you so much for all the time you put into your 10 card videos! I LOVE watching them every month! Your vision to put all the different elements to use in your videos is amazing! Every month I wait with anticipation for your creative card ideas. Thank you for all the great inspiration. Blessing to you!
I am so happy to see your video! I am sorry that you had a challenging beginning to your month, but am super excited to watch your video. So far, I've seen card #1 & 2 and they are gorgeous. You never fail to inspire me. I look forward to watching the rest of your video in the coming days. Thank you for making them. I look forward to seeing what you will do with all the elements.
I love your 10 card videos. I like that you do different card sizes and love seeing you use scraps of paper for your layers. Amazing job and sorry to hear you struggle in the winter. I think winter days bring us all down a bit but seeing your lovely cards brings all of us a bit of cheer.
Hope you see this during the day - you are appreciated there too😀 These 10 cards videos are awesome. The best thing is that you always find ways to use them that are different than how they show on the packages - which is how most videos show them. Keep up the great work.
Your creative mojo sure came back with gusto! Wow! These cards are incredible. I'm in the "die cuts inside" club, constantly adding fallout pieces and other little decorations to the inside of my cards. It's magical and fun. I splurged and got the large die this month because I'm a book nerd and I loved that little house with the trees. I already have a teacup die, so I'll be adding that in as well. I love the detailed cards. They take a long time, but they're so satisfying. You always give me ideas and skills to aspire to! Thanks for sharing. If you have a P.O. box, that' can be a secure way for people to exchange cards without revealing postal information publicly. So fun sharing this passion activity with you! Thanks again for taking the time to share so much with us.
Tanya, thank you for all your super ideas! I was especially excited to see some new ways to use embroidery stitches as I want to start doing this on my cards also! 😀
So glad you're back. I was worried about you. I used to live in the UK, and February was always the most depressing month. So sorry you lost your mojo, but so pleased you managed to find it again. Gorgeous cards as always.
Keep on crafting we love to watch all your creativity. I was waiting for this 10 card video to come out. Thank you for sharing your time and talent. Lovely cards
Tanya, I wait each month to get your take on the Spellbinders Caboodle ( or bundle in the past) and you never disappoint. I don't know how you come up with your ideas, but you inspire me over and over. I love creating cards, but like you my mojo is waning. I can't say it's from lack of sun since I live in CA in the desert during the winter. This set at first didn't appeal to me even though I am a reader, but once I saw your take on the different clubs, I felt inspired. I grew up in a tiny town in western MN and it is known for its gnomes, so this stamp and die set will bring back a lot of memories. Thanks for all the work you put into the card making and videos. You are very appreciated. Thank You So Much!!!!
I so look forward to your 10 card serious, thank you so much for doing these as they must take such a long time to do I love, love books so was so excited when I saw this month's subscriptions. I would love to be able to send you and receive some happy mail. Ciara from Ciara T designs has a secure way to do this, I'm sure she would be happy to explain how she does it. I love all the cards you have made, especially the owls ❤️
Ran into your video for the first time. Sunday morning drinking my coffee. Absolutely absolutely loved it. It was a bit long, but I couldn’t stop looking at it. Thank you so much for all the details. I’ve never bought anything from spellbinding. I am just starting on crafting so I’ll have to go and look at the website. Thank you so much.
Love your 10 card videos. You did pronounce portcullis correctly 😊 A portcullis (from Old French porte coleice 'sliding gate')[1] is a heavy, vertically closing gate typically found in medieval fortifications, consisting of a latticed grille made of wood and/or metal, which slides down grooves inset within each jamb of the gateway
While I am not getting the Spellbinders Clubs anymore (or only very rarely - as p&p plus customs here in the EU easily double the price), I do enjoy your videos very much. The stitching ideas in this alone are a huge inspiration! I love your style, both of card making and of the voice overs. I am even more in awe of the quality content and cards you produce knowing now that you only do this as a hobby on top of such a hugely demanding and exhausting job as working in the ER! Thank you for ALL you do! Kind regards from Germany, Nicola
I used to embroider the top of crisp white sheets and matching pillow cases for wedding presents they were a lot of work. That Is a cute cup. I love to read and read a lot so far my eyes are still good at 79 .
Loved watching your video. I use crochet thread too to stitch. I use # 10 from Hobby Lobby. It comes in a lot of colors. Watching your video makes me want to sign up for the caboodle. Right now I just get the stitching die set.. I wish they had discounts on getting more than 1 set, besides the caboodle. Not sure about spending $120. a month.
I love love love your cards and videos ! I also can’t wait to watch the videos. Quick question…do you use 100lb or 80lb desert storm card stock ? Thx so much
Thank you, Marie! I use 80lb for layering (so most of the time) and 100lb for card bases. That is for desert storm. I alternate between 100lb and 110lb white cardstock for bases. Any other color cardstock is 80lb. Not a very simple answer, sorry 😊
It takes 3 solid days of crafting to create the cards, and another 4-6 hours to edit video and photos, create graphics, do the voice-over, upload, and create the supply list. Plus write the blog post. Its a labor of love.
