Is the Addi worth the extra money in your opinion? Do you like the Addi's 46 stitches for tube sleeves better than 48 on Sentro? I'm going to make this sweater, and I think the sleeves might end up rounder than your design.
Thank you, I think this one came out really nice maybe in a solid color as well would look good! I think you can make your sleeves on the sentro, it's only 2 extra sts. , what I like about the Addi is that it counts the rows even on panel mode, plus it accepts more types of yarns like red heart. Estava procurando como fazer suéter no Addi que acabei de ganhar dos meus filhos. Estou neste momento na Holanda mas semana que vem estou voltando para minha casa no Brasil. Você pode me dizer qual a grossura da lá que você está usando para eu poder comparar com os fios no Brasil.? Está lá é usada com qual grossura de agulha se fosse trabalhada a mão ? 4 - 4,5 ?
oi Lucia, eu estou aqui no Brasil e ja experimentei varios fios, a grossura ideal eh 100gr e 200 a 220 metros, eu tenho usado bastante a Club 500 pois eh barata e bem macia, a Batik funciona legal também a Com Amor, e tem varias outras so procura usar no maximo o Tex 500 o resto eh muito grosso! I live in New Zealand and the only craft department stores we have are Spotlight and LINCRAFT and I haven’t been this yarn there. Is it from K-mart? $1.00! Wow, that’s a real bargain 🤣👍 Thank you for the great tutorial. You are a true inspiration ❣️🌹 P.S.: your shoulder seams in Kitchener stitch are a huge success! 👍🤩
Hi Fran Thank you so much :) I bought this yarn at Riot.com.au, not sure if they deliver to NZ, if you have spotlight, I saw they have a very similar color on the Marvel printed 8 Ply, of course not for 1$, their quality is not the best tough, the one at spotlight is much softer!
