I need to tell you something amazing that happened while I was watching this video! This is a little long, so please bear with me I have been a Christian for over 10 years, but recently I began to question my own free will, as well as the concept of predestination. (Can we really choose to be saved if God knows what we will choose? Confusing things like that.) These past two days my despair got so bad that I was crying out to God for an answer that reconciled His love for the world and His sovereignty in a way that I could understand. To be clear, I never stopped believing in God, I was just very confused and uncomfortable with my thoughts. I decided to keep going with my daily devotions, and today I read from Proverbs 16. Usually I watch a BibleProject video, but they don't have one on Proverbs 16 yet, so I watched this instead. When you started talking about God's sovereignty and our free will my jaw hit the floor. To anyone who has never had a similar experience this might sound crazy, but I know your video was a sign from God to me that I need to keep trusting him, even when I can't fully understand. It's things like this that remind me how real and present God is in all things. He understands our struggles as humans, and in the end it will all be worth it when we spend eternity with Him. So even though this is an old video, I just want to thank you.
Verse 16 speaks out to me a lot. Biblical wisdom is valuable, especially in times of temptation and situations where you have to make choices.

MsWhite was here for Day 16, Thursday, January 16, 2025. My major take away was, Put God first, in your life, in your plans, in all that you do, want to do, aspire to be, and you will have a better focus on your priorities but more importantly you will be at peace with challenges and set backs from all; including your enemies!
As far as the verse in question, I see it as, when God is for you who can be against you?

Abba Father, in agreement with proverbs 16, 2 corinthians 6:14-15, matthew 6:24 I loose all hidden, evil motives, gossip, evil, stirring up trouble, violence and disaster in my life and the lives of my enemies upon no return, binding to be kind, intelligent and wise in my life and the lives of my enemies while not being unequally yoked and have any common share with any evildoer serving satan, in the name and blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah!

I like this ty! Every morning my 1 yr old granddaughter and I read the chapter of Proverbs that corresponds with the day of the month. I have been doing this for 2 1/2 yrs now... & I write in my journal the verse that spoke to me & how I will apply it to my life that day!!! Now @ breakfast we watch you then read! Ty!!! I also started reading the Psalms through the month, 5 a day except 119 that's just for 1 day out of the month! Amazing & awesome Elohim we serve!!! His Word is a lamp to our feet & the Light to our paths!!!
