While it's cheap for a hotel, the communal living isn't ideal. If you rented it for a month, you'd be paying $600, which is the price of studio apartments in many places in the U.S. (excluding places like New York, obviously)
The cheapest hotel for 30 days was 460 USD free food.and drinks every day

I can't imagine people leaving their luggage out in the open in a capsule hotel. Japan does seem very respectful but still I would be afraid someone would steal my things

When are the capsules cleaned? Seems like you can stay there at any hour. Seems like it would be harder to clean when there are no doors to shut out the noise of cleaning.

How tall are you? You look like you fit most of the length of the capsule 😮
When I see that, compared to similar budget hostel (bunk beds rooms) we have in France, my country looks like a third world country compared to Japan.
It's not really confortable, there are not many services, bathroom cleanness is ok to french standard, but totally gross to Japan standard.
The sure Japanese love those masks.
That thing you didn’t know in the bathroom is a device that gives off a deodorizing smell!

I couldn’t help but notice this video is a little different then your other videos. Don’t get me wrong I loved it and I love your content but I felt as if I was watching someone else. This felt fast paced. You usually take the time to show every detail for as much as you can, your process of entering and checking in leading up to you seeing your room but this felt off to me. Usually you alway say thank you for the meal and you didn’t for both meals. I hope it’s just my OCD that making think weird and I hope you’re doing alright.
