NF could just be showing how great of a lyricist he is because Em has dissed people in this fashion (against token). Obviously Em dissed NF and left people hanging whether it was actually a shot at NF or not so don't be surprised if NF returns the favor. NF found his own rap style but started it off by going off of Em's style and you can really see it in Moments. Don't mistake him for a copy because he isn't and doesn't need to bow down to someone who has more clout.

The reason people think its aimed at eminem is because of:
- Drop the t and a, but it feels like it's only me (means basically that he inst a clone, he is just himself)
- You got fans, but not like I do ("proves" he talks about a specific person, and that he also is famous, but the fans are just not as loyal)
- Write my name on your hit list (referring to kamikaze, cause Em was throwing punches at alot of rappers)
- Wipe that cocky smile of your face (Em is known for being cocky)
-Shoot you out of the sky, cause you ate not landing. (Refers to the Kamikaze album, because kamikaze planes, was basically suicide planes used by the japanese. But for them to be effective, they had to crash into their target. But NF suggests that he is shooting him down before he even reaches his destination)
- Gun Jamming (referring to his old age, and that he has lost his grip. He is talking about the Eminem diss track on MGK, Killshot, and suggest that he missed due to his gun jamming)
- Pour gasoline on your self esteem, for thinking you're close to me (saying that he has must be out of his mind to say that NF is a clone of Em, cause NF says he is on a whole other planet, and Em is so far behind)
- I'm generic, you sure? (Reffering to eminem's diss towards NF and in the next lines he explained he can't be generic, because he doesn't curse and is a man of God, and he says that he has created a movement not just a fanbase. What he raps about is real problems others are afraid to just have a conversation about. So how can he be generic?)
- Arrogant turf (Eminem is extremely arrogant)
- The outcast finally returns. (He tells Em to just leave him alone. He says he doesn't need the approval of eminem. But if he is not approved by eminem, then the industry doesn't approve of him because eminem is so big. That makes NF an outcast again)
Btw, I'm not saying he did throw jabs at eminem. Personally I think it was intentional, but he didn't diss him. I think this was a warning shot. And I think the reason he didn't make it obvious it was about Em, because he can't even be sure that Em dissed NF in the first place. So its convenient to be able to denie allegations.

Hey thanks man if you’re asking about what NF said, he says it at the beginning of the last verse. If you’re asking about Em in the interview there are several times where he says he’s gonna sit back and wait, watch, observe. Just about any time he talks about making his next move from dropping another album to his response to Rap Devil, he says he’s gonna sit back and xyz.
