秩父のシンボル武甲山の麓、羊山公園に秩父の春の名所「芝桜の丘」。
見頃の芝桜を散策してきました。
芝桜の植栽面積は、関東でも有数の規模を誇り、色とりどりの芝桜が植栽されています。
植栽面積は約17,600ｍ2、ピンクや白、紫色など10（ハナシノブ科フロクス属）品種、40万株以上。芝桜の開花時期は例年4月中旬から5月初旬頃。

Moss phlox hill The slopes of Hitsujiyama Hill, at the foot of Mt. Buko (1,304 m), which is said to be the symbol of Chichibu, are used to combine moss phlox of various colors, creating a literal ``patchwork of flowers.'' . Expansion and planting work is carried out every year, and the area has expanded to approximately 17,600 square meters, with over 400,000 plants of 10 species (Phlox family, Phlocus family), including pink, white, and purple.
The entire hill of moss phlox blossoms is dyed in flower color around mid-April every year, and the best time to see them is in early May, around the long holidays. The flowering status also depends on the weather.

4/20撮影。
全体的に見頃の時期に訪問。白、ピンクなど綺麗な色をしていましたが紫色が一番綺麗に見えました。
数日もすれば満開になりそうな雰囲気です。
晴れた日で風も穏やか。早朝より駐車場はすでに混雑していました。
マルシェは様々な出店？が並んでいました。
当日は夏日に近い陽気でしたのでお約束の🍦＋おまけを美味しく味わってきました♪
