Well, all people getting on the boat going to Iquitos…need to get their Colombian exit stamps (at the airport in Leticia) and Peru entry stamps (Santa Rosa, on the opposite side of the Amazon River of Leticia) within 24 hours before departure. So, you really have to do it the day before. Puerto Narino is in Colombia, and there is no immigration offices there. The birds were deafening. We only lasted about 15 minutes
