Question: The locking plug and the gusset plate make one much heavier window and take away the ease of installation of lighter smaller windows advertised by Andersen. While this makes a stronger unit, isn't it also ok to forgo the gusset plate and locking plugs for ease of installation?
Anderson says you can install the windows in the rough opening one by one. How the heck would you get the lock plugs in and the metal bracket if there in place on the sill. Seams like Anderson is full of it. I got a 15 ft window set up. I thought I was gonna be able to install them one by one. What a disaster. Now I got to hire 6 guys. Is there any trick to install them individually in the rough opening. Great video exactly what I needed to see thanks

Been on the phone all day back and forth with Andersen and they have no idea about this kit?!? Do you have a kit order number for the lvl system?
