Hi Lizzie! Can you have a coaching call for those Etsy sellers who are not quite beginners but would like an extra push to get to the next level? Asking for a friend 😂
For Printify-- returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, they do offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact them within 30 days of product delivery.
The free version of Everbee doesn't give sales data. And it is way too expensive to subscribe compared to other services. If they would cut the monthly price in half, they would probably have like a million more subscribers because that is the main reason I hear people say they won't sign up.
I totally get where you're coming from Jen! I think there's always ways to at least get started without paying for the tools. You can glean information from just looking at the listing, for badges, and reviews. But the tools, while not free, can definitely save time and offer more detail.
'a stranger bought something I created' I still think that every time 🥰🥰🥰
Right?! Such a rush of a feeling!
I would love to know more about your coaching :-)
Sure thing!! You can learn more and book a session here: www.howtosellyourstuff.com/coaching Don't hesitate to email or dm me with any questions!

@@howtosellyourstuff I do use paid tools but ones that aren't as expensive as Everbee.
