Alright, I think I have a promising theory here and it might help you. Do it at your own risk. You were in the hospital and you were in a coma or fainted or whatsoever some guy put you in a stretcher and did the elevator game and probably left you there or still lurks around you and you have no idea. So in order for you to get back to the normal dimension you have to play the elevator game again. Elevator game is a horror game which can make you travel through dimension. Do this maybe if you are living in that dimension for a year and confirm that no help is gonna come until you help yourself or if you are fearless you can do it right away.
