omg i just want to say thank you so much again sir you dont know how long ive waited for this! lol you make great tutorials because you make it nice a clear and the slow motions is great
This tutorial is truly amazing. Ive learnt how to play this song in four days four months ago..... can you please look at making a tutorial for taeyang s new song eyes nose lips pllzzzzz. Just a suggestion if you wish. KAE Kefz
such a great tutorial!!i tried to play this by ear~so it's not accurate~but when I saw your tutorial,I've corrected now some of my mistakes..thanks a lot!!^^~it's a great help!
hey : ) i love this video. i like how u put the notes on the side and slow it down. perfect for ppl like me LOL.this is the best tutorial ive ever seen . no joke. great job and keep it up
@lunalerock I used to hit my hand against something hard and let the pain be a lesson to it for not doing what I wanted, but I wouldn't really advise that. You can try practising hands separately until your motor muscles have memorised the notes and combine them by playing slowly and gradually building up speed. That usually helps. Just requires patience and determination.
Hmmm, I Like It! and that is total Genius about the beats thing HAHA I never would have thought of it! (I am the oposite of Captian Obvious hahaha) Its hard for my brain to put the two hands together on the piana, but with that four beats suggestion, I CANNOT FAIL! keke Thanks for your hard work! and sharing!
freaking awesome just helps so much cause im noob at playing piano and couldnt pick it up, brother plays as well and agrees it sounds right as well woo thanks
Thank you very much on doing this tutorial!!I am having trouble putting it together though:( I don't know much about piano because I have just started learning:)
No probs, the reason I used this speed and not slower is because of the youtube 10 min limit and the amount of time it takes me to edit the video to make it this detailed. Around 25% of people look at the second part of the video so the more parts I do, the more likely the chance people would be put off learning the whole song. I have to think about condensing the tutorial to make it more worth my time doing (see d-box on ->) I'll take your advice into consideration for future vids =) thanks
It'd be great if you could find a way to film both hands playing from atop (like most vids) because I have trouble getting in sync both hands if i cant see them playing the notes :)
@ShaunyBauny that's because I said that the left hand is the same for the whole song =s, but that you can improvise with the chords I mention at the beginning. And thank you =)
@PureAzn15 dude, calm down. can I ask where you got the sheet music so I can check? I may be wrong but some people do transcribe stuff wrong online. You can't jump to conclusions so quickly...=s
@AznRawr2 I felt like making a tutorial, so I did it. I never thought it'd be this popular though. I also didn't realise how long it would take either, but I'm the type of person to get it done to the end so I finished it and uploaded it. It's up to people how they learn and don't underestimate how good people can be, even if they're learning from the internet. I'd rather spend 14 hours making a video tutorial than spend 14 hours on facebook like a lot of my peers. Not everyone thinks the same
you have one really nice piano........ lmao thats all I've got to say xD and nice tut I believe that playing a great piano like that while learning from a tut makes the learning faster xD
@littlerosepetal yup, you repeat the left hand as in the beginning if you don't know how to improvise with the chords I mentioned =) Timing is the same. Just count 1, 2, 3, 4. Considering making a timing tutorial video since people seem to have trouble with it. Think I did mention that whilst showing the left hand but maybe it wasn't too clear =s
I really love your tutorial, but one thing I would like to request of you is if you can tell us how to play the right hand and left hand together, not just play together. It would really help if I know when to go from the 1st phase of AEBC to FCGA and from CGC to GDGBCB, cuz like with the right hand I'm playing it, but I just don't know when.
@wongy2006 I haven't listened to the song in a while but from what I remember I think the accompaniment is pretty much the intro played over and over again. Somewhere around London....but my English isn't posh, it's just not chav-y. That's the Eton boys mate ;)
i have a question about the right hand intro section: you played GCE and then held GE, but when you recaped the whole intro section you didnt play those notes. instead you just played GE twice? can you just clarify that for me please. 4:16-4:44 other than that the tutorial was everything i needed. thank you so much.
@ProjectKira Just to clear this up, we've had a chat. The sheet music comes from Smrr00 who is another fellow youtuber. I personally think she's a good musician also, but that the sheet music she has is her own interpretation of the song, fiddling with the left hand using the chords I mention. My version is closer to the actual song, but if you find it easier using sheet music, I'd recommend her version, though it will be a bit harder to learn since it's more technical. Thank you pureazn15.
Because I did it from ear =). I was playing it while listening to the music to try and make it as accurate as possible but I can't guarantee it to be like absolutely perfect since it took me ages to film. I've never seen the sheet music...
I don't have a good music script programme unfortunately. The one I used to use is outdated and can't be distributed easily lol. I did transcribe a couple of Zelda tunes from OoT when I was younger but they were wiped from my hard-drive -__- Tbh I don't really have time and patience to transcribe anymore lol. Uses too much maths (or math in american?)! I think someone said they had the sheet music in one of the comments below though...
These are the type of piano tutorials I can learn from since I don't know how to read music sheets. :) Good job!
listen man, i LOVE how you kept the camera so focused on the piano and your hand while holding it. nice job.
omg i just want to say thank you so much again sir you dont know how long ive waited for this! lol you make great tutorials because you make it nice a clear and the slow motions is great

Hmmm, I Like It! and that is total Genius about the beats thing HAHA I never would have thought of it! (I am the oposite of Captian Obvious hahaha) Its hard for my brain to put the two hands together on the piana, but with that four beats suggestion, I CANNOT FAIL! keke

@iiiiMangoz
yup! just follow the right hand since its in treble clef.
This is the best tutorial!

excuse me wanna asking something, how about "left hand" in the middle song or something except the opening one??
I LAUGHED AT THE EPIC FAIL CAPTION! :))
so cooll tyyy whatre the keys for the f major ninth chord? D: u didnt mention plus you should make a tell me goodbye tutorial (Y)
It'd be great if you could find a way to film both hands playing from atop (like most vids) because I have trouble getting in sync both hands if i cant see them playing the notes :)
wow ! it's hard but this tutorial will definitely help me. thanks :)
@IdiotaDeluxe the begining song for this video is "Bella's Lullaby".
@flippinelchio
thanks for the suggestion, I've started doing that in my later videos so hopefully it'll help out more =)
for the intro left hand when you play AEBC and FCGA, will it make a big difference if you just played AEA and FCF? cause i have really small hands
i love it,,, thxx for this i been looking this kind of toturing :))
@ShaunyBauny
that's because I said that the left hand is the same for the whole song =s, but that you can improvise with the chords I mention at the beginning. And thank you =)
really liked your tutorial.. really helped thanks... you got any other Big Bang lessons.. specifically Sunset Glow?? lolol
@PureAzn15
dude, calm down. can I ask where you got the sheet music so I can check? I may be wrong but some people do transcribe stuff wrong online. You can't jump to conclusions so quickly...=s

omg AMAZING TUTORIAL THANKSSSS
It's "River flows in you" by Yiruma =)
I have a couple of other tutorials in my channel under the piano section now =) (Big bang and Glee songs)
can you like make another of you playing the verse and the chorus together with your left hand?
I'm not playing anything during that time =s I'm assuming you meant the bit before? I play G and E together. Not sure where you saw the A?
I'm playing this on my android phone, HECTIC. Thanks bro.
you have one really nice piano........ lmao thats all I've got to say xD and nice tut I believe that playing a great piano like that while learning from a tut makes the learning faster xD
@Starly25Soul There is no 'The' in the title. It's just 'River Flows in You'.
@11mlee
sharp eyes! I think I improvised a bit when recapping without realising sorry. Follow the original holding the GE =) thanks
@thibui I think it's River Flows In You by Yiruma.
can you do a tutorial on how to put together the left hand and right hand in the intro. please please please! :(
Thanks for the tutorial bro!
its actually River Flows in You by Yiruma
wow this tutorial is super helpful :L

@littlerosepetal

that's fine, music is interpretive after all since its an art. =)
I haven't yet, but I will do at some point in the future when I have more time.
@wongy2006
I haven't listened to the song in a while but from what I remember I think the accompaniment is pretty much the intro played over and over again.
Somewhere around London....but my English isn't posh, it's just not chav-y. That's the Eton boys mate ;)
For all you guys who've asked, please see the description box for putting hands together. At the moment that is the best I can do =/
hey i just start learning piano. but its hard cause i cant work my left hand with my right hand together. so can you help me out? step by step
i have a question about the right hand intro section: you played GCE and then held GE, but when you recaped the whole intro section you didnt play those notes. instead you just played GE twice? can you just clarify that for me please. 4:16-4:44
other than that the tutorial was everything i needed. thank you so much.
Who taught you how to play the piano??? Im having trouble learning this tune :)
@ProjectKira

so for the left hand do you just keep doing those chords over and over again continuously? cause i only saw parts for the right hand
@MurasakiBubble
I've put the song name in the description box now, but it's "River flows in you" by Yiruma.
what happened to your fingers the left one?
hecka pro!!! thanksfor the tutorial
maybe u could use a video cam stand so that u can show us using both hands?
Me too! I suck at coordinating my hands and then just...lose hope in the end. I'd appreciate it if you could tell me.. ^^
can you plz post how to put both the left hand and right hand together plz
Because I did it from ear =). I was playing it while listening to the music to try and make it as accurate as possible but I can't guarantee it to be like absolutely perfect since it took me ages to film. I've never seen the sheet music...
Awesome I was thinking bout playin this for meh talent show :) thanks!
on one part i kinda changed because it didn't sound right to me lol
ooh have you done haru haru one?
@KianaZM : me too Iwas about to ask that question too
the song is beautiful but i don't know what the title is
Done, it's annotated on the video now. I did the parts where I didn't actually say the notes.
Took me a good hour to do it so really hope it helps! =)
hey can u help me out i cant seem to my right and left hands to go together like i can in other songs
i don't get how to combine both the right and the left sides together, can you correct it so that it would be easier to play both together :)
do you have the music sheet? thanks for the tutorial too.
Yay, River Flows in You at the beginning haha
Thank you! So helpful much appreciated ^^
thanks for this.. i also play the same as you do by just hearing music the playing it to piano:))
the right hand was sooo confusing !!
Can you explain it like you did with the left ?!
1 question, whats the Song at the beginning of both videos ?
When you put the right hand together can you tell me the notes because you keep playing things that weren't explained...
this should be annotated on the video already. You might have annotations turned off in your settings?
teehee, River Flows in You for intro ^^
I don't have a good music script programme unfortunately. The one I used to use is outdated and can't be distributed easily lol. I did transcribe a couple of Zelda tunes from OoT when I was younger but they were wiped from my hard-drive -__- Tbh I don't really have time and patience to transcribe anymore lol. Uses too much maths (or math in american?)!
I think someone said they had the sheet music in one of the comments below though...
@MrHeybrother no its not u might be thinking of the c minor or something
Thank you! I can play now^^I am happy lol^^
can you explain 4:16-4:44 in the description please. i really need it :(

Thanks you very much but I'm having trouble putting it together because I have just begun piano:)

Woo done the intro in like 10 min... now the verse...
Can u plssssss do a tutorial for replay by shinee
whats the name of the song played at the begining of the video?
@counterstrikekid42
no problem, i know I can't satisfy everyone's needs with one single tutorial. That's why there's piano teachers ;)
so the left hand just repeats it self through out the whole song?
Dude man your awesome ;D I have the same piano as youu !(;
