This video is what I’ve needed! I’ve had some hamstring issues from soccer and they’ve gotten better but lately I’ve felt like they need a little help- this is perfect
The hamstrings originate on the ischial tuberosity, which is too distal to contribute to strong hip extension. The glute max is by far the strongest extender of the hip.
I think my Pelvis/hips are off or something that, possibly titled? Which in turn brings upon extreme pain with hinging and lunging squats etc any ideas on what to do for this I have tried most rehab exercises for a while now😮❤

Wouldn't i be better to use a glute ham roller for the curl? Then you don't have to focus on your legs falling off the sides of the ball
