U no, there is an idea that travelling prolongs your life. When u come back your friends usually say, oh u've already come, for them time is really flying in everyday routine, but for u that trip was actually very long as u had a chance to see lots of new places and people, try different activities, taste increadible food and experience lots of unforgettable things! One of my students asked not long ago what my most expensive purchase was, emotions, I said, emotions and expierience! So, travel and live a long and happy life!
I hate travelling, the inconvenience of packing, getting into a taxi, going to a airport, going through customs and security, waiting to board, boarding, sitting in a flying cramped metal tube for several hours to book a taxi and check into a hotel and do it all again coming back. I have everything here, i have internet, my room, my bathroom, my airconditioner, my bed all of my comforts. If i want Italian food i can order a pizza, i know a Greek place if i want Greek food why travel and deal with the inconvenience when i can have all the comforts here at home and never go far from my house? I got everything i need, why should i go anywhere else? Why go halfway around the world?
