It’s nice to see someone to know what he’s teaching and talking about, not just saying things into thin air and expect everyone to follow. Love the video. And great content please do more videos like these!!!

I'm always glad to see your pragmatic martial arts and I love the branding of your Kung Fu Reports. You have become an inspiration to many on various levels. I really appreciate the microcosm and macrocosm applications of your teaching.

thank you RD , really appreciate that ! I always hope I make sense after I babble lol, since its never scripted/pre-plan

Good stuff. This is why traditional martial arts has so many different drills, it takes into account that whatever you do is not gonna work so the drills have a backup plan.
Another reason why Chinese forms are long.

Enjoyed the video Adam. I was wondering if you’d ever use those lower stances like horse, bow and twisting stance that’s seen in quite a few Gong Fu styles. Thanks!

I wish you could expand the strength and weakness analysis, cover the students physicality. Wing chun adapts to these things well.I am 5 10 270 lbs not a lot of blinding hand speed.wing chun has a lot of shadow blocking where you keep the elbows in and provide less target, and lots of hand catch stuff. I have had smaller fast people fight me a dozen times, they step in hit me step out fight over step in again hit me step fight over..LOLwith wing chun you are pretty deep in my reach when you hit me and I can grab your hand and fight.Often one hand is pulling pushing twisting to keep the guy off balance so he can't hit me very well smacking him with the other hand.not a very polished martial art to be sure.

I have a question unrelated to kung fu lol. Have you ever tried training after using cannabis? I'd like to hear your experience.
