I feel like nobody knows how to use luffy right except for me and you now LOL cause i too, charge my jet pistol and then dash to use my normal attacks because it's still charged. And i also, attack and then use the dash cause its faster to make it to the enemies.
phantompacker99 What you get is the extensions that were normally hyper mode exclusive before. So all the hyper mode attacks in PW2 that can now be learned after you level break your character.
+hatchhyjack Elephant Gun is the Kizuna Rush special finisher which covers a lot of AOE, so yes it's exclusive to Kizuna Rush, otherwise Luffy would be too broken.
DeeeFoo his elephant gun is also the finishing move of his 5x square combo in kizanu rush, but i already know that the 5x square moves available in kizanu rush are unavailable as normal moves
MonkeyDuzm i think you have to unlock post time skip Luffy's Haki and Gear Second to use Red Hawk Gatling. Once you collect all of the Gold Coins needed for Luffy you should have it, similar to to how you unlock pre time skip luffy's gear second by getting his coin after defeating blueno
And this is probably gonna help u if a character gives u a skill+ and u don't have he skill itself u can't unlock it and go down the skill poster until u get the skill then u get skill + I hope this makes sense but like to get lvl 2 u have to get lvl 1 and sometimes another character is the one that gives u the first one so hope u understood that and that it helped u

The bad part for luffys enemies is that the gum gum fruit is one of the strongest devil fruits And yes luffy beat katakuri up thanks to gear 4 snakeman that's like the ultimate weapon against sweet generals.

You defeat a strong enemy in dream log. Those are the enemies that stand on islands. It's completely random to get the coin also. Picking and using Luffy slightly increases your chances to get it only slightly.
