Not even close to the ancient Spartan warfare. A bunch of bodybuilders out of a comic. Wouldn't last a minute in the real battle, where the hoplite would carry a 60kg armour. Plus, the Spartans weapon was not their individual skills, but the formation, which is known as phalanx. Bad movie overall, popcorn only.
