This show seems to be trying to thread the line between cop drama and comedy but there’s a huge problem. All humor depends on some observable yet absurd connection to reality. California DAs overcharging people isn’t really a thing unless it’s people defending themselves from criminals.
In my town the sides are switched. Sadly we have and give more respect to our public defenders office than the DAs office. It’s bad when the public defenders office is more fair and just than the DAs office.
@@Joe_4568 what about my statement makes you think I don’t know the difference between a misdemeanor and a felony? Prop 47 is the reason these scumbags can take advantage of everyone and everything without any real consequences. I know the difference between a misdemeanor and a felony, and I know what deadbeat criminals look like and they should be punished appropriately.
@@Joe_4568they don’t care. They just want a reason to bash Cali. It’s basically this kind of persons entire personality. That and talking about how pretty their cousin is
@@karinaashmon are you a big fan of crime without punishment? I suppose you are one to walk into a store and take whatever the hell you want because California Law calls it a misdemeanor … a misdemeanor is still a crime.
Yeah, it's not like police would ever do what they think is right, right? Just try to get the harshest charge possible, right? Tell me you've never worn a badge without telling me you've never worn a badge.
"Was it worth it?"... "Absolutely, sir!" 🤣🤣🤣
I believe what he wanted to say was HELL YEAH!
I love how Sgt. Grey laughs right after Nolan said “Absolutely, Sir.”😂
Sgt Grey didn't like Nolan to start but they have become friends
He came to see that Nolan wasn't all talk like he thought, so Nolan earned his respect and trust
Grey and nolen being on the same page make for some of the best moments
I didn't know a wop-piller was a felony.
the hell is a wop-piller?
wobbler, someone who’s is on the line of misdemeanor and felony
What the hell is a woo-pillar.
They should of told him to make sure he drives safely.

YoU diD anD i diDn’t 😊
It would really be nice if there was some context.
nolan fell and dislocated his finger in an arrest the ADA add a charge to make it a falnoy
You can't figure out the context from the dialogue?
The nonsense term used is for things bordering misdemeanor and felony.
The sesrgent wants to turn his city into a cez pool so he is going easy on crime
There is - it's called the actual episode, you think that set comes for free???
Not prosecuting shoplifters in California is working out swimmingly 😂

Since when did the DAs office give orders to the police department??
Science Fiction
Sgt Grey is the Best Sgt 07 😊
was that shaq in the background?
Nah, they wouldn't bring in shaq for an extra role. That guy is tall af tho
HAHAHA. A prosecutor wanting to put a criminal in jail by OVER CHARGING???
Hahahahaha. Oh man. Fantasy
Why they have to call the piller a wop? Smh
What the hell is a Wobbler?
Nothing like standing up for the criminal
It's California. The D. A doesn't do anything for crime 😂
I'd say he's done a whole lot for crime. He's supposed to be fighting it, though.
@@Pipizzakitchen it's turning into madmax world out there.
Really what state you live in. I lived in anahiem we didn't have much problems and when we did cops should up pretty quick.
Whoever wrote this scene hasn't been paying attention. Gaslighting at its worst.
The beginning of defund the police.
So the show is why commifornia decided to treat anything less than 700 as a misdemeanor.
No and it's California. Know the states is something you should ha e learned in elementary school.
@@karinaashmon no, it’s definitely commifornia. Democrat.

Mmh, I know it’s fiction, but this the exact opposite of what’s really happening in CA and it’s slowly rotting out their major cities. Have fun!
Cops defending criminals ok sure.
A woke police department, they fell so terrible for the criminals
So over charging is how you solve the problem no its not.
these cops DO NOT exist lol
Based on a true story?
Wait until they're all in jail because handcuffs hurt a criminal. 😂
Name a single case that happened
This is also make believe. .so your just trying to push a false narrative based on a fictional story
