      Lol Nolan saved his life once already in that house that I think had a gas leak. Nolan told him we don't have masks sir so he's like he would just go in with a rag and Grey was like he wants one too. Then Grey collapsed searching the house and Nolan had to go back in and carry him out.

    This is one of two L.A.based shows that rock, now for the T.V. execs, if cost is an issue , combine with another network with L.A. show and split costs . Say S.W.A.T. and the rookie, different networks but if costs are split between 2 networks, it could work out beneficial for both networks. Just an idea ( unprecedented)

    • @JTR253
      @JTR253 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Police procedurals don’t cost that much money. SWAT might cost due to its “special effects” 😂 which is why it is always on the bubble unlike the Rookie.

    Lol why do hospital rooms in the US on tv look like hotels compared to what we have in Canada? I know we get free healthcare and it's tv but damn everything looks new and its a private room too.

    • @HariSeldon913
      @HariSeldon913 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      As an EMT I can tell you the rooms vary greatly from hospital to hospital and even sometimes within the same hospital. Also don't forget that this is television and that hospital room was probably a hotel room in another episode. There's plenty of goofs there, like the monitor has readings for things that aren't hooked up, etc.

    • @Sam19509
      @Sam19509 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@HariSeldon913 I live in Toronto and we have nice and newer hospitals but they are in the Downtown core of the city. I think we have like the 4th best hospital in the world on some ranking which is the Toronto General. And we have world-leading facilities that treat Cancer and MS. However the only hospitals I have ever gone to are in the suburbs and they tend to be older. Pretty sure the equipment is updated and the Doctors are great but the interior and exterior of the actual hospital facility feels old like public schools and prisons. I see this scene and the San Jose hospital used as the setting on the Good Doctor and they just look next level. However I bet the actual costs of receiving treatment at such facilities even with decent health insurance via an employer or obamacare in the US is ridiculous. Every time I go to the hospital in Toronto the only expenses are if you want a cable hookup in your room or the parking charges people who visit me have to pay lol. Then obviously you have to pay out of pocket if you want to buy anything from a vending machine, the cafeteria or the on-site pharmacy.

    • @HaveButOneLife
      @HaveButOneLife 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      What makes you think private facilities are somehow worse compared to public ones? That's actually been the case for a very long time. I've rarely seen a shitty looking hospital in America.

    • @joehamlet7576
      @joehamlet7576 ปีที่แล้ว

      Very cute that you think your healthcare is free. Ain't nothing free. Taxpayers paying out the wazoo for your free health care.

    • @JTR253
      @JTR253 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@HaveButOneLifeAssuming that you do live in America, you need to broaden your horizons. I have seen varying states of service and physical condition of hospitals while living in a major city. Rural areas will be something else as they don’t have enough patients or local / federal money to fund hospitals.
