i receive same type of tripod but it does not have go Pro holder extra in it . else everything was same . was i cheated in my product by anyone . plus my button is not responding . else it is showing on my ph in Bluetooth

I bought this a while back and only used it a armful number of times. Then I tried to use it and it’s not working, changing the battery and it wouldn’t work too. Piece of Babbage in my opinion
