Because of Lothraxion's involvement in the paladin order hall, his role as a summonable follower in Legion overworld content, etc, i don't think he's our light-sworn Dreadlord traitor. But i do think the writer of that lore book from Shadowlands that explains the infiltration of the various cosmic forces definitely wanted to cause dramatic tension with that inclusion!
I mean... class followers don't really mean squat when they're irrelevant and have been irrelevant for quite some time now. I don't think WoW is limited by an outdated feature like that to prevent characters from dying or going bad.
Also, in my personal opinion that's a really weak reason for him to not go AWOL against Denathrius. And I also do think it's way more interesting if he's forced to work for his Boss again whether he wants to or not. Makes for an interesting dynamic if he does go evil by his own choice or we convince him to rejoin us.

Tho I don't play anymore , I get the "Jojo Bizarre Adventure :Stone Ocean or DC infinite Crisis" vibe and WoW going to get a universe. *Reset*
@@joezar33 I don't think we're going to be getting that. That's a good way to kinda make people lose interest in your game. What's more likely is we'll get a cool down period after the Saga but the timeline won't reset.

I hope locus walker isn’t an evil guy. We keep hearing how non of these forces are good or evil, but we only ever see the ones that would be categorized as bad from a glance have only evil characters. Would be nice to have like, 1 good void boi
I think the last boss will be Xal'atath, but we're not going to kill her, just slow down her plans. Kind of like sylvanas in her raid, where the players don't even manage to defeats her.
To me locus is just an extension of demensius for some reason. He also says the same thing we xal when confronting alleria... She says: am I ? With the same intonation
Agreed. Also, I would love to see the world plunged into total darkness/void. And we the champions along with our allies and the Arathi move out across Azeroth with little Sacred Flames to sort of form these safe havens for people. Very much like the towers in Hallowfall during Beledar's void phase but all across Azeroth.
Tbh i loved his Aleria Audio Drama version so much more. (Thars where he got orignally introduced) He was so much more sly and casual about things and here jut turned into an edgy prohpet-like talker -.-"
What is his real name is Dimensius? I know it's a bit out there, but I feel we need to have heard his real name sometime in the past for the mystery to be satisfying.

talking speaking his name what if locus walker is dimensius or some varition of him like avatar maybe kinda like old god created flug out in unverise what if dimensius decided make etheral his "avatar" but void being choas develop own personaility and memerioes. maybe he is form or vartion of dimensius that developed own idea and mind becoming own entity but maybe say dimensius when near by unknowingly causing void attack. just fun what if assuming go with ya sunwell idea be kinda funny cool plot twist simple yet effective
I'm not fully sure he's an Avatar of Dimensius. We know so little on Dimensius I'm not even sure he'd go so far as to disguise himself or fracture himself as an Ethereal. I also just think having him be an Ethereal with an agenda against Dimensius works better too.
I list out factoids that are extremely suspicious and are in fact true. Baseless would imply there is nothing. But there is something here. It's just not a lot to usually work with than usual. Maybe watch the video next time.

Locus Walker could have been the King of Karesh, Xalatath likes going after royalty and would explain why a princess assassin answers to him.
I like this idea. He should have been someone of great importance on Karesh.
Probably won't see him as the Final Boss for War Within but maybe for Midnight with ties to the Sunwell if it ever gets corrupted by the void.

I would be a little upset if he ends up being a villain, or just seems too obvious.
Personally I think locus walker, Alleria and the vold elves are a ticking time bomb that's going to go off either during or before midnight.
