3:35 ... the only thing I don't like about turboing a 2JZ-GE non-VVTi. When you remove the ugly distributor, you'll need the cam trigger kit. Most people leave the cam gears exposed and you can't put the cam covers back on for a cleaner look because the cam sensor adaptor bracket is in the way.
There are a few alternate routes that do a good job of covering the cams. Usually just a matter of aesthetic preference from the owner that determines the final outcome.
ahh it would be dope to make a trip up north, but November is a crazy month for us with WCF at the start of the month thanks for the invite, have to check it out sometime
@@SleeperTuning All good, it is after WCF on Nov 16th :) Doing laps with all supras attending at end of meet with pace car for awesome vid and drone footage. Hyped!!

May I ask: Did you do any work with the bottom end prior to building it? Or just send it as-is? I noticed you mentioned you left stock bottom end, but not even new bearings/piston rings while you were there, etc? Oh and of course, amazing car!

Whats a ballpark of how much a build like this would be parts and labor?
