1/4 cup sugar 50g
1/2 cup milk 123g
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp instant dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
3 cups flour 390g
1/2 tsp salt
butter 2 tbsp (30g)

Lemme tell you one thing. I have tried hundreds of donut recipes but the all were crispy like fried chicken 😭 and then I tried this recipe and trust me this is the bestest recipe. I put some glaze instead of chocolate and they were just like crispy cream💗💗

Sugar and corn flour , mix it n cook it till it gets transparent .

Amazing recipe. I have tried it today and must say my all donuts were super soft due to this superb recipe. Me and my family enjoyed it . But I Wana ad one thing that instead one 1/2cup water we should add only 1/4 cup water bcoz when we add 1/2 cup water dough will be very very soft and sticky. So 1/4 cup of water is accurate for this recipe. Plz don't mind it just a recommendation

I tried it. It is the best donut 🍩 recipe I have tried so far. The donuts were very soft but they weren't as sweet so adding more sugar is recommended.
