Really, to be in line with proper accounting standards and how businesses are required to report, you should also include unrealised p/l for the quarter when talking to yourself about passive income. Dividends received is the cashflow component. Dividends Received + unrealised p/l is the actual passive income.

But if you are going to publish a video saying "this is my passive income" wouldn't it be best to first undersstand what passive income is? Reporting what you received from dividends is not "passive income".

i been looking into Hong Kong for investment opportunities. i believe, thanks to the extreme gloomy in HK stocks, there should be some undervalued stocks there.
So far I found MTR that some what undervalue (not really very deep under value)
not sure if you looking at that area for more undervalue stocks.
hence, I am checking if u have ideas on this area that may help us profit in HK's extreme gloominess.

I only have a small legacy position in Sabana REIT now. That is free of cost and still paying me. No problem with holding.👌

Oil Palm stocks are already passe. At one time, oil palm prices (CPO) were booming due to the high potential for bio-diesel replacing fossil fuels.
But the VW dieselgate break out news in 2015 & the aftermath of the civil cases brought on by US regulators (2018-2021) basically killed the potential of bio-diesel as a clean fuel & a renewable energy source. The game has changed.
The investment world have since moved on to EVs & to battery minerals eg. lithium, cobalt, nickel, etc.
To be blunt, Wilmar will not go back to their heydays. Also, eco-warriors will also stigmatised Oil Palm plantation companies.
