Sylvania 9W Warm White Preheat PL Fluorescent Bulb EOL in Butter Flavoring Dispenser

This lamp is actually a 13w GX23 lamp because I can see that the lampholder has spots for 2 notches instead on one notch like you see with 5w, 7w, and 9w PL-S lamps.

How do you know it was a sylvania

I just have a warm white PL bulb it is
flickering but I have another one but a different color temperature
