How do you lock the bolt in place, usually you're supposed to put a retainer with a small screw to make sure that the bolt doesn't unscrew. All I see is just a bolt holding down the handle?
We need a 120mm carbon handle by Gomexus, their carbon handles are amazing in all ways, but 105mm is their max size... I hope someday Gomexus offers them in the full size

@@WestinSmith I think you have a nice head to head video, my issue with the WINN grips is that once they wear a little they’re very slick even when dry, that’s not gonna help the musky cause, also let the guys know that the go to rod is musky capable! So I just put one on my Shimano dc xt. But when i was done I noticed my drag star can be pushed down if that make sense. Like the handle may need to go down more. It feels ok but I just done know if I had that play in the drag star before I put this handle on. I also had a problem getting the cap to screw on and noticed a little shavings down inside. I got out all of it i could before getting the cap to screw down. Can anyone let me know if its ok that my drag can be pushed into the body a little bit then it pushes itself back out.

I just ordered the knob for my Daiwa Certate spinning reel. I love the T-knob, but my certate came with the small knob. I’m excited to swap it out!!

I haven’t used Winn grips. I may need to get some for a little test, although I love the look and feel of the gomexus

It’s not a weather seal it prevents the handle nut from backing off from use

Tough for me to say, although a larger size and length handle should make things easier if the small stock handle components are tough to use
