You don’t need a lot of lead you need just make shaking box with lead shavings on the bottom and lead catch all the gold. Lead stays in the box sand and black sand go away. Let me make that box then I go to my gold fields and get all the gold 😜
@ it is the same as it was 4 years ago, only with new names and faces. Now I remember why I retired. I have been here 3 weeks and now I have the flu. I haven’t been sick for 7 years.
Coincidentally, I have put a bit of thought into this recently and am considering stainless steel ball bearings instead of lead. While they only have a density of 7.5-8.0 depending on the grade, it's still slightly higher than black sand and there are other benefits: 1. They come in standard sizes to match the classified material (from 0.5mm and up) 2. Some grades are magnetic so can easily be separated from the gold. 3. They are round, so a shaker table will make short work of removing them.
No that no work ! Wee working with microscopic gold . Black sand recovering microscopic gold but problem is to recover that microscopic gold . Lead recovers that gold and you need just melt that lead and gold sticks to lead. After you need to do cupellation and recover the gold .gold be dirty but then you need to do refining
@@myadventure7069 I understand, but disagree. If you use 35 mesh bearings, you will end up with the same result in the pan, but instead of a barrier of lead between the gold and black sand, you will end up with a layer of ball bearings. Snuff up the gold, and simply remove the bearings with a magnet.
Great video 👋🏻, im living in the philippines i moved a year ago and there is alot of gold here all microscopic my way is melting my concentrated with copper then i use electric way to get that gold as a powder like the powder from the regia …
What about a fluid bed , A verticle clear plastic tube / cylinder , with water recycled pumped in at/ or near the bottom of the tube / cylinder , with water under slight pressure , using a surfactant in the water to break surface tension , and feed the sand in at the top of the tube . Would not the gold go to the bottom . Keep filling tube up with sand until it flows out the top . Just a thought .
Terrific experiment, very interesting result. The logic of using lead as a 'blanket' to protect the gold while removing the black sand makes sense. Did you try classifying to -100 mesh and panning with just black sand as well (no lead)? Also, will you use lead in your black sand pipe sluice now thanks to the result of this experiment?
Black sand works , but problem to get gold from black sand. If gold is bigger size then black sand ok but if gold microscopic then I get the problem. I use magnet to remove black sand and that works on bigger size of gold , microscopic gold go with black sand and is very hard to separate microscopic gold from black sand .with lead no problem just melt the lead . just use compilation and you get gold. I try to get the gold from sand using pipe with magnets last video but when I planed the processed sand I still found the gold and a lot of gold .microscopic gold very sensitive to running water it swims away with the water. That why wee can’t catch microscopic gold with sluice box . But if wee liquefier sand and use lead to catch gold it works. Why I so interested in microscopic gold ? Because I see a lot of gold in the sand and gold is ewriwhere . I tested a lot of sand net to the river and found gold in ewry place where is sand but that gold is microscopic . The same situation with the rocks when we crushed the rock mostly gold is microscopic, but because of that gold concentration we can see it without microscope in the sand gold is ewriwhere and wee need concentrate it then wee can see. Lead make good job to collecting that gold and I am happy .
Hello I have another video for you to watch. I sent one to you awhile ago. This one is done by Aussie bloke prospector the video is called capture find Gold with a simple river sluice modification Wayne from Australia
I have a lot of info for you brother. I have a different account, long story but I've told you before about using the felt and a refrigerator door. Well I'll tell you again to try it. You'll become rich overnight. There's one step to add to it though and that is to roast the concentrates. All that chocolate milk silt, that is the precious metals. I promise you when you roast it it'll turn black and some will turn magnetic. Throw it in hcl first with no heat (plastic bucket) for a few days do a large amount, stir occasionally, then filter saturated base metal solution. Then start your aqua regia solution in your reaction flask. ( I use coffee pots) you should get about 1/2 oz to 3/4 of an oz of precious metals for every 4 cups of concentrate. There will probably be lead mixed with gold when you dissolve so do forget to precipitate to lead.
That be perfect but where to get that tungsten 😝. Gold almost the same Dencity how you separate gold from tungsten ?that why I use lead gold is more heavy and sinks in the lead , sand and black sand can’t penetrate lead. Lead don’t let gold to escape
@myadventure7069 Wowsers Batman! I could have guessed as much. Seems that every question in this place has an answer that can be known but the distance the length the process just in the looking or reading of or driving to or from well that is the real price it wants us well wants me to pay lol. I hooped and hollered so loud at 2am this morning the cows and coyotes started hollering back! I Still can't figure the process in your head that got you to file down lead but you are on Point 100! Iv already done 3 different samples and it's Everywhere! I have some hydrochloric acid from trying to get gold off old mother boards and I put some in a jar with some of the concentrate and nothing was left but gold. Iv gotta lotta doin today. Have a great Saturday and Sunday and every after my friend. Last
Good Luck! We have a "sand company" here and I Been saying that they don't dredge for sand...they are getting the gold!!! Wow brother. Sorry so many comments but Wow! Last
Yes !but can you recover that gold ? All gold with sand floats to the ocean we just need tools which ones can recover than gold . why I working for that. Slice box can’t catch all the gold
@myadventure7069 my adventures.floating fine gold maybe the key.maybe there's some oil the fine gold will stick to.i know certain fish flesh does not stick to sand .diamond stick to verserine oil
For the separation of micron gold with vibrating table, the precise design of the grooves, frequency and range of motion, slope and flow settings are of great importance. • The use of lubricants such as soap powder can reduce the surface tension of water and improve separation. • The minimum particle size that can be separated with a vibrating table is about 20 microns, but for finer particles, other methods may be more efficient
Just amazing work fam. Keep on having fun getting that Au and living the dream. Gold Squad Out 🤠
Have you tried getting a hand held body massager. I glued mine to the base of my pan and it works great
Great video
thank you very much our great teacher
Try a rock tumbler I used one with marbles and 6mm stainless steel balls adding the lead would make it easier to separate
I have a lot of lead, now I know what to do with it. Thank you.

By the way, how is your work?

I have used your method for fine gold recovery.
Super and noble broadcast Man.
Great tip can buy 100-1 mesh lead

I try that but couldn’t make it work. Gold is too small.
Awesome idea I'm going to try it out
❤❤❤
What microscope do you use? I want to get one!
Can we help each other with the different melting point?

Sir why don't you try jinchan GDA, to recover microscopic gold?

We must make a table sir. Shaker they say.

#9 LEAD SHOT PLUS YOUR VIBRATION MOTOR AND A 100 MESH SCREEN. THEN MOVE TO 200 BUT LESS THAN 400 MESH TEAMOO HAS SET OF SCREENS LESS THAN 25 BUCKS
Vibration motor dont work, need shaking like shaking table ,or another way to liquified that sand
