I got one of these a few days ago they side it was a Suzuki and we looked at the labels and it said Suzuki then we looked up the vin and it said Kawasaki we were confused because in 03 to like 06 they got together and made one bike
I have the same exact dirt bike but it has a loud ticking noise when it gets to operating temp like yours but other than that it works flawlessly no smoke its been like that scince we bought 5 or 6 years ago and never had an issue
I have one the sound you are hearing is your timeing chain tinchener it needs adjusted it is that black thing that is stiking out of your head.

How tall are you, is the bike small or is the sizing ok.
It is a full size bike I'm 6 feet tall and it's perfect so no issues there
Tip use 10w 30 with 4 strokes
