Hello! I want to note something before I start doing the process and I don't mess up. When the RiiConnect24 Patcher begins to run to download Check Mii Out and Everybody Votes, it makes you choose between two regions, Europe and the U.S. I know that you can check your version (Which should be either 4.3E or 4.3U), but I have 4.3K being from Korea because apparently Dolphin setups the Wii Menu on that region by default. Since you mention that it can only be done in Europe and the U.S, how can I change my region? If there is any mistake with what I said, or something I need to know for help, I would appreciate it!

@@brawlfan It's not the Nand. Nintendo's server, which uses Dolphin to update the system in the emulator, is down. It's been like this for 2 months now. The only way to update it is with some .iso containing the update, or from the emulator on Android.

on windows 10 or higher, riiconnect24 should be auto installed, but make sure you have the latest version of dolphin installed
thats a great thing to tell us in the comments after we've probably already used the installer.

@@poolguy2292 i already repaired my NAND when Dolphin said something was wrong and also it says it can't find an update. Current one I use is 4.3U

@@merrker100 ur nand might be damaged if ur getting that code, on dolphin, go to Tools, Manage NAND, and Check NAND to see if its damaged or not
