I’m having a hard time with what type of course or offering I could eventually offer. I see the how sponsorships or affiliates would work well but I’m blanking son offers. Also , does the name of the newsletter matter? Can it besomething as simple as what your newsletter, Exploding Idea, and what the Rundown did? Thanks!!
The name should be simple + reflective of your value prop. The rundownai offers a brief overview every morning on ai. So their name is simple and makes sense. Exploding ideas is simple and makes sense as it relates to fast growing business ideas. Take that formula and apply it to your concept. Niche down because creator economy is an old concept so id focus on a specific element of that market for example; brand new creator economy revenue streams broken down once a week.

Originallly, the niche within the creator economy I was aiming at was giving creators new strategies and techniques to create content content ideas . That came from a pain point I found on gumme search (the challenge of consistently generating content and video ideas). Because ultimately, I want build a company on top of this newsletter idea. I'd love your feedback on this.

The end goal is to build a SAAS on top of the newsletter to greater serve this audience on that painpoint. Although, I want your insight; Whether going the revenue stream route or the content ideas route would quickly grow a newsletter?
Interesting. Great going with gummy search to find a need. I’d test both concepts and see which gets more subscribers in a 24 hour period and go with the winner. So a/b test and let the market tell you. Either that or pursue the one you’re best positioned to dominate. If you are a big creator go the content route, if you’re a great business person go the revenue stream route.
