I can understand using E-Tele to set it up as a disruption from deck, but it works from hand so the only reason to Normal it should be to use it as a tuner or something.
Because it was at 1 and no one played it. Also Traps were super unpopular at that time. Also besides True Draco almost no deck could play it. This was before Dogmatika, before Runick and before Horus.
3 of horus names just make my brain hurt, and the fact that he not only didnt banish all of his other sarcs, but with 9 cards in deck he had 2 sarcs lol
At 11:36, couldn't black flame deity have triggered there to wipe the field? Or does the field spell not become King Sarc until its activation fully resolves?
i think imperial order is more fair , monsters are the main focus of the game and can be used to out every type of card while most spells (in the main) can’t out backrow type cards
Too many decks require Spells for setup/consistency to make one more fair than the other. And those times when both got flipped up in rapid succession were among the dumbest(and one of the many contribution factors to Bo3s just being Bo1s with extra steps).
The play you described with SP/Ogre to get rid of skill drain was super valuable good to learn
That purely player’s obsession with normal summoning ogre is wild

Floodgates are so fun. Why Konami ever brought this card back to 3 is a question.
Skill drain.. hate that card should be at 1

really shows your deck list can be horrible but if you can stick skill drain on the board it doesn't matter.
Purrely vs Skill Drain
Honestly the purrely player should have recognized the main threat is skill drain and play around only that 😂

actually one was at bottom cause of noir but still

Game 1 was funny asf bro said screw it here is my deck🤬🤣🤣🤣
why normal summon ogre there wth
I think they 3 of everything because pot of desires
"not horus stun"
Brother all these pure horus decks are basically stun
EHHHHHHHHHHH , i think they just try to end on like 4 horus bodies and pass and pray for the best jajaja
Is horus just a skill drain deck?
19:24 MFP can’t add same names
Relying on skill drain as your win con is pretty embarrassing
eyyyy
Mandatory DBG fell off
purrely player is so so bad 😭
What does horus even do. Seems like a skill drain deck
this horus build is garbage
Out of every floodgate I think skill drain is the most fair. It literally turns the game into OG Yugioh and honestly it’s the lesser of evils
i think imperial order is more fair , monsters are the main focus of the game and can be used to out every type of card while most spells (in the main) can’t out backrow type cards
It's fair as long as your monsters are big and theirs isn't.

super trash
