    설명을 잘해주시네요. 이 영상보고 만들걸 그랬어요ㅠㅠ 얼마전 짜장 만들었는데 춘장을 너무 넣어서 완전히 검은색이었거든요ㅠ 물을 계속 부었는데도 짜더라구요. 다음엔 영상 참고해서 실패없이 만들어볼게요!

    여경옥씨가 홍콩의 이금기표 쏘스 한국 지사와 관계가 있어 그런지 이 짜장면이 전통적인 한국식 짜장면이 아니고 이금기 쏘쓰 (두반장 쏘스, 굴 쏘스, 농축 치큰 스톡) 를 사용하는 퓨젼 짜장면이군요. 전통 짜장면을 만들었으면 했는데.

    진행이 매끄럽지 않은게아니라 셰프를 위해 말을 아끼는거죠 무엇보다 그 요리의 재료,맛을 시청자들에게 설명부탁하는 것이기 때문에 요리과정중에는 말을 아끼는 겁니다.

    오 면 양이 좀 적은 것 같구요.. 양파 좀 덜 익혀 보이게 하면 보기에도 좋고 맛있을 듯요. 특이한 재료 한 두 가지 넣으면 더 맛있을 듯요

    짜장면의 가장 중요한 향신료가 생강인데 말씀 하셨지만 안넣으셔서 아쉽네요 ㅠ

      불향은 기름이 타서 나는 향이 맞아요
