Another great video! I feel obliged to give my analysis I have been following him since RG 2023 treating him like my favourite player ever since. His recent incredible form has really amazed me. I believe that his consistancy in shot-making during rallies, especially his improvement of the backhand, has unlocked all this potential that he now has to offer. Equally noticable is his strategic improvements which may partly be due to the afformentioned consistancy but his rushes to the net have definatelly been improved along with his mentality to create these opportunities with brave yet much more calculated offensive shots. He also greatly improved his stamina (e.g His 3rd quali loss on AO where at the last tiebreak he couldn't breathe). Last but not least, judging by his fewer instagram stories of fancy hotels and restaurants, I suspect that at some point he started concentrating more. About your suggestion, while a powerful forhand would be a truly useful tool and at times -with increased frequency- he shows that he aquires it, his spiny forehand doesn't allow for a Del Potro-like one. It seems unlikely to me that he will commit to a such a change but I have faith in him nevertheless, with his current weapons. His spin could not only unsetlte the opponents during rallies or net rushes but keep him in more rallies with the control it gives.
@@celavojaje2 Injuries (hopefully not!) can happen, bad form can happen, bad performances can happen, bad/unlucky tournament draws can happen. Better to think this way than to say that he is going to become a top 10 player very soon. And the stuff about ranking, whether it is top 30 or 20 or whatever, surely it does not take much thought to understand that it is a very, very rough estimate, no? 😄"lol"

He gets destroyed by average to good atp players lol
Definitely has potential to reach the top 10 one day. Him along with arthur cazaux and arthur fils could be the next big thing for french tennis 🇫🇷
Not top 10.

A new servebot is born.
and one-handed backhander 😊😊😊
I think that top 30 might be realistic for Mpetshi in the upcoming years, akin to what you said - if all goes well. Nice video btw!
Thanks.
lol hes already 49 in the world, what makes you think it would take him multiple years to advance only 19 places?
