The tip of wearing a push up is to balance part shape proportion is really good.
For bra recommendations: for casual days and easy breezy outfits, I have some non-padded types - those have come a long way in design and seamlessness (also cost 500 - 700rs) from our mothers generation and they are the only ones I can actually wear at home as well. Super comfy.

You are doing a great job. I always give you thumbs up. One suggestion, please do a video on how to measure yourself for bra size as lots of women wear wrong size bra, which is very unhealthy.
