I was once the first on the scene to a serious motorcycle accident (because he crashed into the back of my SUV on the freeway doing 70) I wish I had a tourniquet that day but although he survived anyway, I knew I was unprepared. Now I found this; if there is a next time, I won't be. Thanks FCS
From your experiences, if you had to pick one, I’d assume you’d go with the CAT over the SOFT-T, because your TQ holder is for the CAT? I’m a TECC Instructor for our local police academy, I’d love your input on both of them!

Hey Mike just wanted to let you know and give you some heads up about Patents and the companies that supposedly help you obtain a patent. Years ago I obtained a patent for an idea the company working for me to obtain my patent submitted my idea to numerous manufacturing companies around the country none of which wanted to manufacture my product idea. A couple years later and In Law saw a product extremely similar to my patent idea at a commercial department store across the country in another state. So hopefully this example of Patton application businesses that advertise helping you get your product to market well give you some insight as to what to watch out for good luck great idea thank you and thank you for your videos
Has anyone tried folding with no Velcro on Velcro contact? Besides exposed Velcro during storage, are there negative trade offs?

Congrats on the 5.11 colab! Do you have a recommenced way to attach this to the NCP-E? My plan is to attach the Safariland ELS but figured I'd ask before I drill holes on the plastic.

I am a police officer in a small town. I've had a Tek-Lok break on me recently and I went to carrying my TQ in my IFAK. I look forward to trying one of these out to see how it works on the front of an outer carrier.
I would like to see how sturdy this is on a molle belt. Problem with my current TQ holster is that it sags.

so we really need two of these Mike. One already done for upper and one for lower. That way its faster and both are ready to go. Then you don't have to worry about them.

Sorry but $45 is awful steep for this little guy when I only paid $50 for ATS Tactical warbelt. For that price should include tourniquet as well.

I run the IWB TQ sheath etc at 4:00. Was very sore there after a car crash. Glad to have an OWB option.

But does it take Glock mags??? Jk, But for reals though, you should design a TQ holder for a buttstock. I know lots of people who have TQs on their AR15s but the straps fly around and your design could branch out to a reliable attachment for a buttstock. Good luck, shoot straight

Just got mine in the mail. Solid construction, great utility.
For fucks sake people! $2 of webbing and a plastic/metal binding slip buckle, put it in a single $3 Velcro mag pouch. Done!
Military + nearly 20 years as a private contractor, and have yet to see ANYTHING work better!
From experience its always better to it folded up outside the loop because you really don't know if you're going to need it for a leg or a arm. When your in a high stress case or situation; un velcroing it and getting it out of loop is clusterfuck and seems like it takes forever. Second way is good! We store all of ours out of the loop in our trauma room, on the ambulance, on the fire truck, in my field medic bag was I a Navy Corpsman with Marine grunts, and in my EDC IFAK. However not good for kids. Carry a RAT TQ. Good for kids, dogs or cats, and always good to have another option. I carry both. I think TCCC committee gave the thumbs up on RATS; I have to double check tho. Rangers been using them more recently along with giving blood; but that's a whole other topic! You really have to know what the fuck you are doing to give blood. Great points Mike!

Any updates for this new tourniquet I just received. I made it fit into the case/holster but the large metal buckle just hangs out. Thoughts?
Just got my TQ and holder in the mail. Only thing is my TQ (tacmed) has no Velcro and has a metal Tri glide instead. Doesn’t seem fit in the holder. Any way we could get an update?

This is a well engineered product. It is very robust and will stand up to abuse. I think the molly straps will fail before this holster does. Nice Work!

Wouldnt you agree that under stress, fine motor skills is harder to accomplish if you have to re-thread the tongue back into the loop esp if youre shot in the arm or one of your hand/arm is out of order.

Dude you want to make some good money. Make holsters with a device like the Safariland als system! And make them to fit Olight. Make Surefire to, but Olight is affordable, dependable, and robust enough to do most of what you need to do with a weapon light. Maybe not if you're an operator and need it to be 100% waterproof. But other than that for the price Olight rocks! If you started making Safariland als style holsters. You could take over that part of the market! And believe me alot of people have Olights, but have a hard time finding compatible holsters that actually do what you need it to. Like a Safariland als, I especially like there new scratch proof proprietary blend material. That way there if it gets wet it doesn't affect the als action. Hope you like my idea, I'd buy a few if you made some Safariland als style holsters for specifically all the Olight weapons lights!!!!!!!!!!!!🤜🤛🇺🇸🇺🇸

As a 3rd gen Truck driver I have seen my share of bad wrecks. We are taught safety safety safety but over 10 years ago I got certified in CPR and AED. I really like you TQ. Because I have had to use my belt as a TQ till EMT arrived. One of the big part of why I love your content is because how much you talk about this subject. I wish other drivers would watch you vids. Every Truck driver should have a trauma kit in their rigs. Thank you sir for the great vids and mostly thank you sir for your service. I hope to be in one of you classes soon.

In a Different Colour so I would that? this 1 is for Legs? And that this 1 is for Arms!! But hey that's just me and my way, Doesn't have to everyone's way... i don't judge?
