NO SARAN WRAP! Use a plastic cap. Tie/twist/pin/ secure the excess in the back or front. Leave on 10 min w/cool hooded dryer. Or w/o dryer.

@@pepps4390 I’m curious too. I’ve seen professionals use plastic caps. I wonder if it’s because they are more accessible and easier to use and you get the same result. You just need to trap a little heat, I think.

Hi doll! Your hair is so pretty. Unless it's dandruff, I believe the flaking is from aloe vera which is a fibrous plant material (even though you may be using a gel).
I had issues with leaving it in when I was natural.
When cosmetics companies use it in their hair formulations, it may not leave a residue.
Buy hey, I'm not an industrial chemist so I just leave it to them (minus the parabens etc. which we don't want or need now that we know better).
Maybe rinse out the aloe vera after a treatment? I'm not sure if it should even be heated either, my sister, just like eggs in the hair which is also beneficial.
Let me know what you concluded?
    🌹

Hello! It’s me again..😊… your roller set turned out so pretty! Do you mainly roller set your hair or do you get silk wraps/flat iron styles? I’m only asking to determine if you’ve experienced a difference in the health of your hair when you use one style over the other. Thanks
