I don’t think it is necessarily all going to fall into place quickly like her relationship did just because it’s the right one. Sometimes it takes time for people in the relationship to grow, time to sort out issues with family members and the partner, etc.
I disagree on one statement there...When a man asks for marriage it is not a definet sign that they are THE ONE. Someone can ask you to marry them yet they were not meant to be with you. They can ask for marriage and still not be the one.

My question, did you have to lie to your husband to get him to call you versus text? I don't like texting, and prefer to talk, yet I keep meeting men who prefer to text. Then, as an educator, it bothers me with all the shorthand and grammatical errors. I don't want to tell some fantasy about how his "voice soothes me" in order to get him to call. I too want to be one who breaks the generational curse of the women in my family not having loving, faithful, happy, peaceful, and supportive marriages. We have a lot of men who are, but our women aren't.
