On line I looked at a place with house and building to that road across from you. It sat on 40 acres but the house was in bad shape. From Florida to where you live is quite a distance to drive back an forth.
When I got cable internet they rigged it so I talked one of the installers into giving me cable ans supplies so I could re-do it myself. The wire ended up in a conduit buried 18 inches down and the cables are run through the block wall only two feet of the orange cable is exposed going up the wall,
house looks awesome! your hard work paid off! l commented to quick, that cable internet guy install upset me too! l rented an apartment years ago for work cable guy upgraded all apartments knocking holes in walls. landlord dinged me for patching repairs. l would like to install cable in their house with an sledge hammer... just saying...
