Hello sir ,
You have said at 3.22 that AM is simply means the equal weights but its not the case. I have tried with another example with same weights and I am getting different averages as AM and WAM I have taken weights of 25%, 25%, 25 and variables of 10, 20, 30.

10, 20 and 30 , should produce AM of 20 and equal weighted mean of 20. weights should be 1/3
