Think if you arrive 10.30 pm than you can’t move beyond Dehradun at night and have to compulsorily stay. Had it’s arrival time been 6 pm or earlier people could have easily moved to Massurie or other local destinations.

Thus double capacity ie useful for saharanpur Nd dehradun... Reduces time or ask them to run till agra.. Best will b first option as works like 16coach train ie capacity doubles to 2200persons using the train everyday or agra as reaches in 6hrs or under 7hr everyday... If only v had ministers who went to primary maths school.. Same way it wd b better to extend amb andoura till agra easily chandigarh people getting direct run till agra nd back
