James Franklin has a rule at PSU that if you are in the portal you are not apart of the team. Yes you can make exceptions, but at the same time if you change the rules for one you'll have to change the rules for all. That is the standard that they have.
Whoever wins this props to em cause it's gonna have to be a team with steel and ice in their veins but with the team I'm following Notre Dame not since Lou Holtz have they even had the ability to compete hasn't existed. They need to not beat Indiana but collar them and take a shillelagh and club them all the way back to Bloomingtom . Can't worry about Georgia not playing em

He said in a press conference yesterday it was because of the timing of the portal & trying to find a new spot. Franklin was going to let him play.
