Once a D Class came up with lift with on A to surface with cola, scp 500, O5 keycard and stuff like that, unfortunate enough to meet me, an MTF Operative who was wanted for deserting, friendly fire and treason, I decided to tie him up, go down with the lift with him, close the gate behind him with his newfound O5 card and send him on his way tied up while an scp was patrolling entreance zone.

You can also play the 096 crying sound as 939 if there a group of people nearby, and make them look at the ground.

Alternatively, you could play the 173 grinding sound and make people look at 096

if there's no 079, sometimes you can equip a night vision scope and flash hider/supressor to use the ghostlight and easily kill enemies
another tip: when you get cool hat that turn you invisible, use it as escape tool from mtf, and then ambush MTF squad.
Ive used the radio to get a scientist to go to my location then I killed him as a chaos insurgent
