I’m moving my scooter up and down trying to move the bar and it’s not coming back at all

try to wiggle it around. if its really not moving or stuck, you can try to open the underside of the scooter. i believe there was a screw there where it open the back and front part of the curve. I cannot test it at the moment as the scooter is not here in our house

I purchased second hand with this type of defect. And it is so difficult to unscrew the rest of the kickstand. Any help? Should i use WD 40 perhaps?
