    Bro you the truth. I watch a lot of these chiropractors go straight to pulling necks and extra shit. I’m no professional but I can just tell the attention to detail you pay before even “chiropracting” you really know what you’re doing. I’m flying to your city when I do decide to check one out

      Yeah agreed my chiropractor takes a while to explain what’s happening inside me and explain what he’s gonna do. Also he feels around for stuff that needs to be “popes” I don’t know how he does it

      It’s called a degree in kinesiology and a doctorate in chiropractic. Alternatively, a Master of Physical Therapy is also good, and you can be trained to do adjustments.

    He is doing therapeutic Chinese medicine massage (using the scraper), called Gua Sha including the acupressure/stretching techniques. Excellent for all tissues, ligaments. TQ Dr Ed fir sharing video.

    Wow, you make my Singapore Chiropractor visit look like a soft approach to correction with this one... I'm impressed to how much our body can tolerate in terms of bending and pressure.
    Question: The exercise at the end, is that for the young man specific, or could this be a good one for anyone trying to get more flexible hips?

    I desperately need this upper mid back work. After laboring my first baby (...5 years ago) it's never been the same. Had a terrible chiropractor who couldn't get it mobilized and just kept saying "we'll see if we can get it next week" ...🤦🏻‍♀️

    After you scrape the skin like that how long does it take the skin to heal? How often should people that work out get this treatment.

      Dr. Mondragon says that it takes 7 days to completely heal and you would need this treatment every 3 months

    Sitting here watching this and realizing I may be in the same situation with my right labral as this guy. I'm 36 and my right arm doesn't have the flexibility it used to. If I stretch a certain way or bend over to pick something up and stretch the wrong way it feels like something in the front of my right shoulder is tearing. I used to be able to wrap my arm around behind my head and grab my chin with either arm and now I can't with my right arm anymore. I may need to try this gua sha stuff. I throw right handed and I can't even throw anymore with pain in my right shoulder/sensations of something tearing in my shoulder.

    Yeah he's got some forward head movement. That will hurt your back a lot. I fixed a lot of my back issues by fixing my forward head movement
