- This is Sunday at the Turlock Swap Meet in CA, this event is put on by the Modesto A’s Ford Model A club.
After 3 days of me & @ModelA volunteering as gate guards/directing traffic, all of us helping Bob with all that’s involved with getting everything to his sellers space as a vendor and hearing 3 guys snore all night for 2 of those nights…I’m exhausted, but it was so fun!
Although Sunday is a shorter day for the Swap Meet and a lot of vendors leave Saturday, there was still plenty to see and buy!
With all that I shared in part 1 & part 2 of the Swap Meet videos, you still didn’t see even close to half of what’s there and this is every year!
Next year’s Turlock Swap Meet will be January 27-29, it’s always the last weekend in January, so make plans and hopefully we’ll see you next year!
By the way, I was told by tons of people, vendors and buyers alike that this year was the best and smoothest running swap meet yet held by the Modesto A’s club where our friend Kevin Nelson is the new president…I truly believe he is playing a big part in that success, great job Kevin and thank you to all of the club volunteers for your hard work and sacrifice, so much behind the scenes, wow!
Thanks for the great tour of Turlock 2022! We never missed a year there - it was a standing January event for our Model A club from the mid 1970s and on. Due to health issues we have not been able to attend for several years now, but your videos made us feel we were right back there (except we were a lot warmer).

That event looked great, I love seeing those golden oldies. The ford that had a red hood and bottom with white in between, looked like it could be an early 50's model Ranchero, is that correct? That cube in the back of the Binford's trailer looked awesome, so many cool things to see, wow! Fantastic meet and video, thank you for sharing it with us, have a great week.

Mack, I was driving us through the swap meet in a golf cart, going back to our working spot and Paul says, oooo, that person has an old Zenith for sale….I said, you don’t need another one and I kept driving…oops.. lol
If you’re going to show the cars please show the price that’s what people wanna see
I actually did on some, however I made this video to share what I saw at the swap meet so that people could see how awesome it is and check it out hopefully next year, I did not make this to be a classified auto buyers video.
I like this stuff a lot but you are not a good camera person if you can’t at least show the prices of the cars what good are you that’s what people wanna see
It sounds like you know what people want, maybe you should start a TH-cam channel of your own?
